Service Description
A focused online session for families who need help making sense of what’s happening, identifying priorities and deciding what to do next. Includes a pre-session SEND Support Review and a personalised Solas Way Action Plan after the session.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are free of charge. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made within 24 hours or non-attendance are charged at 100% of the session price.
